Composite Laminates

Process

The epoxy impregnated laminates are manufactured on a continuous press at high temperature and high pressure. These settings allow us to obtain the thickness and accurate mechanical properties. The unidirectional reinforcements most commonly used are glass, carbon and aramid fiber types. Glass, carbon and aramid (woven roving or ± 45° glass cloth) fabrics can be combined to 0° axis glass fiber rovings to get maximum performance, high torsion strength and stiffness.
